JESSICA SIMMONS, Principal
Jessica leads the creative process on all client projects and directs the work of the firm’s creative staff and partners. She was most recently the principal of
J. Simmons Design of Portland, Maine. Earlier, she served as the design director at McCabe, Duval + Associates of Portland and held positions with design firms Alexander Isley Inc. of Redding, Connecticut, as well as Milton Glaser Inc. and WBMG Inc. of New York City. Her work has been recognized by HOW Magazine and Graphic Design: USA. Jessica is a founding board member of the Maine chapter of AIGA, the professional association for design.

RAND ARDELL, Principal
Rand works closely with clients on design and marketing communications strategy, and manages the firm’s client relationships. He is also responsible for business development and the firm’s operations. Rand was most recently the director of marketing for Bernstein Shur, one of northern New England’s largest law firms. Earlier, he was the director of client services at McCabe, Duval + Associates of Portland, Maine, and a vice president and director of operations at MacLaren McCann, a large Canadian advertising agency.
